We want you to absolutely love your magnets from Little Magnet Moments. Each order is handmade with care, and your satisfaction means the world to us.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are custom-made using your personal photos, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, your custom magnets may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
